How Early Should I arrive for my spa treatment?

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first appointment, allowing yourself ample time to change, put personal effects in a locker and familiarize yourself with our facility. We recommend you shower and begin to relax by using the steam room before y our appointment. For subsequent treatments, be ready 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
